Blue Haze Barbecue

We hired Blue Haze for a company event.
Jason & his team were so friendly, easy to work with and accommodate our needs. Our day started off with pouring rain but that didn’t get anyone down which was so appreciated. The food was amazing, I heard nothing but rave reviews from our customers. A great experience and happy to have had them provide the food for our event. Will for sure want them back, and I will personally look out for this truck whenever I can!

If you want to have an amazing gathering with a crowd of people, Blue Haze Barbecue is your place to have it catered! The food is amazing! Staff are incredible! The meal came nice and hot, fresh fresh salads and dessert! It was so easy to do, order and they delivered and set it all up. Our event was a huge success with an amazing meal. I have been hearing rave reviews about the Blue Haze Food Truck for how long, and today I finally got to try it. Let me tell you- OMG! Not just the best bbq, but the best food truck I have ever eaten from! Our favourites were the smoked and grilled ribs (award winning!) and the Texas Brisket sandwich. The coleslaw added a nice tangy and sweet crunch to the sandwich. 100% recommend!!!

Blue Haze catered our company’s Diversity Celebration, and they did such a fantastic job! Everything was delicious and all the guests were raving about the food throughout the event. Thank you for such a wonderful, seamless experience. I would recommend Blue Haze to everyone! A++

Blue Haze catered my wedding last July and I had two friends talking about how amazing the food was yesterday! One of the first things people say about my wedding is how good the food was! The business is also quick to reply and very kind and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone!

2025 post update still the best bbq in central Canada. No store location only a food catering truck …. Best bbq in mantoba by far. Maybe best in Central Canada.. pit Master is the best … soo good

We had Blue Haze before our wedding, and as a guest, it was one of our favourite wedding meals. Booking with them was a breeze. Everyone I communicated with was kind. We originally wanted a plated dinner and got quoted from three different catering services for 10-12k for 100 people. Buffet options were around 8-11k as well.
For Blue Haze, we paid 5k for 107 people, including gratuity- for delicious food. The only downside was they don’t offer appetizers. We did end up getting another company to pass out hors d’oeuvres and it was still more budget friendly than other quotes we got!

Recently had blue haze cater our wedding, every thing was absolutely delicious. We had the brisket, chicken, street corn, potatoes, Mac and cheese and Caesar salad. No complaints whatsoever about any of the above, infact it’s been days and people won’t shut up about how good the meal was! Would highly recommend them!

Blue Haze catered my wedding a few weeks ago and everyone was so happy with the meal! I am still having guests let me know how great the food is. Jason was great to work with and answered all my questions 🙂

Amazing meat here! Has the food truck up in Gimli for the long weekend. Had the ribs and brisket sandwich. Unreal !! Would recommend checking the truck out. Also heard they do catering.
