The BBQ world may still be a bit of a boys’ playground in most places, but around here, these women make sure the show keeps rolling! 🔥
Our ladies wear many hats - they are strong, hard-working, dedicated, and the backbone of this crew. But outside of Blue Haze Barbecue, they are also moms (and fur-moms!), they are daughters, they are businesswomen, some are educators and teachers, and some are students, plus so much more.

We asked Blue Haze BBCrew member Jordan what her dream menu would look like, and she did not disappoint! Our former “Mile High Banana Cream Pie” making-queen wouldn’t dare leave our Banana Pudding off the menu, but what else does our social media princess crave?
When it comes to meats - our Carolina Pulled Pork is a no-brainer. With a drizzle of our signature Pig Pickin’ and Blue Ribbin’ BBQ Sauces, your taste buds will be sure to thank you. 🤤 Pair it with our Smoked Chicken Pieces, creamy Mac n’ Cheese, zesty Mexican Street Corn and fresh Caesar Salad - and you’ve got yourself the perfect menu! 👌🏼

The truth is, you can’t do just one when it comes to our Kansas City Ribs. They truly are a work of art. 🔥
We start by seasoning each rack with our signature Chick n’ Rib Rub before throwing them into the smokers. Once they have that nice bend to them and pass the “bone pull” test, we know they’ve reached their ultimate tenderness. We finish each rack off with our Blue Ribbin’ BBQ sauce and they’re good to go! 👌🏼

Nothing like a little #ThrowbackThursday to reminisce on the good old days. 🥺 Who else misses our restaurant chapter? We know we do! 🙋🏼♀️
We might be a little biased, but we had a pretty sweet setup - the best wood-smoked eats, an incredible crew, a specially crafted whiskey bar shaking up the most delicious cocktails, and let’s be real… that macaroni and cheese deserved its own fan club. 🤤
Saying goodbye to the restaurant wasn’t easy, but as our catering and food truck sides of the business kept growing, it was a move that made sense (even if it tugged at the heartstrings a bit 🥺).

What is “the perfect brisket”?
At Blue Haze Barbecue, it starts with the fine details. We carefully trim the excess fat, then season each piece with our specially crafted Red Eye Rub. From there, it’s smoked low and slow - up to 16 hours over local oak - until it reaches our ideal internal temperature. 👌🏼
That beautiful pink smoke ring you see when we slice into it? That’s how you know the job was done right. 👏🏼
Our Texas Style Beef Brisket is tender, but never mushy. The goal? A slice that gently drapes over your fingertips without falling apart. 🙌🏼
