Ever since adding the Blue Haze BBQ Food Truck to our fleet of offerings, we have been feeding hungry foodies across Manitoba. In its inaugural year, our ‘Rib Wagon’ took home winner of Judges Choice, Best Overall Food Truck at ManyFest, Winnipeg's most prestigious food truck event.
In 2024 we took home ‘Best Food Truck Overall’, back to back, at both the Winnipeg and Brandon Food Truck Battles!
You will find us at many of the largest events and ever-changing locations in Manitoba to bring our mouth-watering, award-winning BBQ to you!
Our menu is often evolving, but you can always find our tender, authentic wood-smoked Texas Style Beef Brisket, Carolina Pulled Pork, famous Kansas City BBQ Ribs and more.
We are also available for festivals, private events and business lunches.
